The Energy Agency of Plovdiv's pioneering project, "Energy for Plovdiv - Renovation Twin of Plovdiv", has been officially recognized in the prestigious "City Lovers 2025" competition, organized by the Capital Cities Magazine. This award spotlights a groundbreaking digital tool set to transform how citizens and authorities approach the energy renovation of buildings.

Meetings with citizens, dedicated to co-designing neighborhood regeneration, including both their active participation and the presence and commitment of the relevant local authorities, continue. The main goal of the meetings is to promote inclusive and sustainable transformation of the urban environment.

The final national ConnectHeat workshop will be held on June 17th during which the Energy Agency of Plovdiv will present the achievements in the work phases of its pilot case "Energy Community for Heating and Cooling", as well as the established partnership with already founded and operating energy communities in Bulgaria.
